By scheduling with Stevens Clean and Care LLC, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service:

1. Service Overview

Stevens Clean and Care LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.

Our service offerings include:

  • General Cleaning – routine upkeep of homes, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces

  • Deep Cleaning – thorough, detailed cleaning for neglected areas or special occasions

  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning – ideal for landlords, tenants, or homeowners prepping a space

  • Dorm Turnover Cleaning – fast, efficient turnover services for student housing

  • New Construction 3-Phase Cleaning – including Rough-In, Final, and Presentation Cleans

  • Grout Scrubbing and Detailing-To get grout pristine this may take several attempts (cannot be guaranteed)

  • Wall and Baseboard Cleaning – either spot-checked or full wash by request

  • Hoard Cleaning – one of our specialties, provided with care, discretion, and respect

  • AirBnB-Turnover cleaning is available for your guests. Please have multiple sets of linen.

  • TrashOuts: This service is available for a property that has been left unoccupied.

  • Customized cleaning: Available upon request.

Note: Restoration, mold remediation, and crime scene cleaning services are not offered currently.

Square Footage Verification
Service pricing is based on the square footage provided by the client at the time of booking. Stevens Clean and Care LLC reserves the right to verify square footage using public property records or third-party data. If a discrepancy is found between the reported and actual square footage, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For approved commercial accounts, payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice.

  • We accept credit/debit cards (additional 3%), Zelle, and checks.

  • Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

  • Kentucky sales tax (6%) will be applied where applicable.

  • Gratuities are appreciated but never expected.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made ≥24 hours before appointment: no fee.

  • Cancellations <24 hours before appointment: $50 cancellation fee.

  • If our team is unable to access the property, the full-service fee applies.

  • We may reschedule due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or emergencies.

  • After three same‑day cancellations within one week, we may require prepayment for future services or apply standard late-cancellation/full-fee policies.

4. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide safe, timely access (door code, lockbox, key, etc.).

  • If our team is delayed more than 15 minutes due to access issues, the visit will be marked as a no-show.

5. Clean & Care Guarantee

  • No refunds offered.

  • If any service item is unsatisfactory, contact us within 24 hours.

    • We will return to correct the issue at no charge, or

    • Apply a 25% discount for your next cleaning.

  • If a return clean is not scheduled, the 25% credit still applies to your next booked service.

6. Scope of Work

Only services listed in your confirmation or agreement will be performed.

  • Additional services (e.g., grout cleaning, wall washing, appliance interiors) must be pre-approved.

  • We provide hoarding cleanups with discretion and care.

  • We do not offer restoration, mold, or biohazard cleanup currently

We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe, abusive, or hazardous conditions.

7. Damages and Liability

  • Please report any damages within 24 hours of service completion with supporting photos.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of repair, replacement, or $500, whichever is less.

  • Stevens Clean and Care LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

8. Employees and Subcontractors

All services are performed by trained W-2 employees and approved subcontractors.

  • Subcontractors follow the same company standards.

  • Subcontractors operate as independent businesses and are solely responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and payroll.

  • Clients are prohibited from soliciting, hiring, or contracting with our staff directly. A breach may result in legal action or applicable fees.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue service at our discretion due to:

  • Unsafe or hostile environments

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations

  • Failure to follow terms or make timely payment

  • Sexual Harassment

10. Non-Compete & Non-Disparagement

Non-Compete:

Clients agree not to directly solicit, hire, or contract with any current or former client, staff member, or subcontractor of Stevens Clean and Care LLC for cleaning services outside of the company for a period of 12 months following their last service date. Violations may result in legal action and recovery of damages, including but not limited to the full value of services provided.

Non-Disparagement:

Clients agree not to publicly post or publish false, misleading, or defamatory statements—whether online, in writing, or verbally—that could harm the reputation, credibility, or integrity of Stevens Clean and Care LLC, its owners, employees, or subcontractors.

If any concerns arise, the client agrees to communicate directly with Stevens Clean and Care LLC to resolve the matter professionally and privately.

11. Service Limitations & Conditions

Some tasks may not be performed due to safety, access, or property conditions. Clients are responsible for securing pets and valuables during service. We cannot climb above a 2-footstep stool related to insurance purposes. We do not move heavy furniture (example: couch, recliners, appliances).

12.  Photo Documentation

  • We take pre- and post-cleaning photos for internal quality control, staff training, and marketing.

  • Photos will not include personal or identifying information without prior written consent.

  • Before/after documentation via apps is the best practice in the industry to prevent false claims

13. Changes to Terms

Stevens Clean and Care LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to our website and apply to all future services booked thereafter.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Boone County, KY.
